Once a holiday package is booked, including hotel accommodation, tours and transfers, no refund can be provided. Yet still, certain elements such as tours may be cancelled and refunded, but only if it is feasible and depending on the specific circumstances. Regarding visa processing, Arabiers acts solely as a facilitator and has no authority or influence over the approval or rejection of visas. It is at the sole discretion of the respective immigration authorities. Any fines, cases or penalties arising from overstaying or legal issues within the traveller’ s destination country are the full responsibility of the traveller and thus, Arabiers will not be liable for such matters. Furthermore, certain services we offer may be provided by third party suppliers.
