You can easily extend your ordinary (E)or Tourist (T)visa through the many travel agencies in Phnom Penh. Alternatively, you can go to the immigration department by yourself to extend the visa. Visa extension takes 2 to 5 days.
Apply for an extension before your visa expires to avoid incurring overstaying visa fines. You are fined USD 10 per day for every day you overstay your visa in Cambodia.
Make sure that you check on the public holidays as you plan on visa extension. This is because the immigration offices are usually closed during such holidays causing a delay in visa extension.
