With the 5-days tour itinerary, all visitors to Sri Lanka have the chance to experience the wonders of five destinations in Sri Lanka. We have put together a short description of the locations you will visit, followed by the highlights of the days separately.
Day One
Once you complete all the arrival procedures with the immigration and customs, we will be ready to meet and greet you at the exit door of the Katunayake International Airport. After you step into the private transfer vehicle, we will start our journey towards our first destination - Sigiriya.
On our way to Sigiriya, we would stop by one of the most popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka – the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. This will surely be an incredible experience for you, as you will get the chance to witness adult and baby elephants in their natural habitat. Not only that, sometimes you will be lucky to get a chance to interact with baby elephants.
After spending a few hours enjoying the view of the elephants, we will continue traveling to Sigiriya. The infamous landmark of Sri Lanka – Sigiriya Rock Fortress - will be our next stop. This place is of historical and archaeological significance. As you climb to the top of this massive rock, you will wonder how an impressive palace is built on top of this rock column. The view from the top, undoubtedly, is one of the best views you will ever experience.

Day Two
Your second day starts with a refreshing breakfast served by the hotel in Sigiriya. Once we complete all checking-out procedures, we will set off towards Kandy.
On our way to Kandy, we will make stops at several locations. The first location would be a Spice Garden, where you will get the chance to learn about the production of aromatic spices in Sri Lanka.
Next, our stop would be at the Peradeniya Botanical Garden – a beautiful garden filled with plenty of different plants and trees. A nice location to use as your backdrop to your photos in Sri Lanka.
After reaching Kandy, we will step into a Gem Museum to explore a wide collection of rare gemstones in Sri Lanka. Not only that, here you will have the chance to learn about gem mining and the other processes associated with gems as well.
This is followed by a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show - a moment to enjoy a beautiful traditional dance performance that can portray the dancing traditions in Sri Lanka.
Before ending our second day, we will visit one of the sacred landmarks of Sri Kanka, famously known as the ‘Temple of the Tooth Relic’. The place is significant for its historical and architectural values. Also the pavement around Kandy Lake, located a few meters away from the temple, is a nice pathway to walk along during the evening.

Day Three
Welcome you to the third day of our Sri Lankan tour. After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the journey to our next destination which is Nuwara Eliya.
On the way, we will be initially heading towards a popular landmark located in the Kandy District. It is a tower known as the ‘Ambuluwawa Tower. This place is famous for the 360 degree panoramic view it offers as you climb to the top of the tower. The interesting aspect of this tower is that in order to reach the top, you have to go around the tower climbing the stair case. Although the experience seems daunting, everyone who climbs up to the top never fails to fall in love with the place.
As we travel towards Nuwara Eliya, you will witness a pleasant scenery filled with green tea plantations on both sides of the road. To enjoy this view, we will be stopping by a tea estate for you to spend some time clicking photos, and then we will take you to a tea factory to give you the experience of learning the correct processes associated with tea production. Also you will have the privilege of enjoying a freshly brewed cup of tea at the factory.
Afterwards, we will be straight heading towards Nuwara Eliya. Once we reach Nuwara Eliya, our first stop would be at a Hindu temple known as the ‘Seetha Amman Temple’. This is a Hindu temple devoted to the Princess Site (a main character in Ramayana). The mountainous landscapes around the place, give the temple an appealing look.
Hakgala Botanical Garden will be our next location in the itinerary. This is another beautiful garden with plenty of diverse flora and trees. A perfect location for you to click some Instagram worthy photos. The time you spend here, in a cool climate will help you to relax and feel fresh for the rest of the day.
The last stop for the Day 3 will be the Gregory Park. This park is a place where you can spend the evening relaxing. Or else, you can opt to go for a boat ride in the lake, jet skiing or ride a horse to make your evening more enjoyable. Not to forget the street food stalls lined by Gregory Lake, where you can taste some street food in Sri Lanka.

Day Four

Once we get our bags packed in the vehicle, we will start heading to Bentota – the destination of Day 4. Nuwara Eliya and Bentota are two polar opposite cities. You will witness this difference as soon as you step out at our first stop for the day.
We hope to start this day in an adventurous way. On our way to Bentota, we have arranged a boat ride in the Madhu River. It will surely be an interesting ride as you move between mangroves overgrown on the river banks. If you are a nature lover, you will be pleased to experience this ride.
After the boat ride, we will be taking you to the Bentota River to have some fun. Here, you can participate to do water activities such as jet skiing, banana boat rides and windsurfing. This will be your time to make your Sri Lankan tour more daring.
After spending time having fun to your heart’s content, we will travel towards one of the popular places in Sri Lanka – The Turtle Hatchery located in Kosgoda. Turtle Hatchery is a turtle care centre which takes the initiative to conserve turtles and to increase hatching rates as well. Many locals and tourists love this place as they get the chance to interact with baby turtles, and release them to the ocean.
To wind up the day, you can let yourself spend some relaxing time at a sandy beach in Bentota, while enjoying the calm sea view and the breathtaking view a sunset.

Day Five
As the sun unfolds the Day five of our Sri Lankan tour, we will start our final day with a nourishing breakfast in the morning. Once we have completed the checking-out procedures, we will journey towards our final destination - Colombo
The ride to Colombo will be a time for you to relax, because there will be no stops on the way to Colombo. The first stop in the commercial city of Colombo is the Gangaramaya Temple. The temple is one of the most significant religious places in Sri Lanka. It is famous for its historical and architectural values.
After spending a few serene moments at the temple, we will travel to our next location – Independence Square. Independence Square is a very important place for its historical significance. Also, the place is surrounded by a beautiful recreational park with manicured lawns. A perfect location to click some photos and spend time leisurely.
Next, it will be time for some shopping. We will take you to a popular shopping mall in Sri Lanka and as per your request we can help you go around the local markets in Colombo as well. You will be able to find souvenirs that will remind you of these best days in Sri Lanka.
Leaving Sri Lanka without visiting Galle Face Green will not be an ideal tour in Sri Lanka. Galle face green is equally popular among locals and tourists. Anyone will be compelled to spend hours here. You can either relax while enjoying the crashing sounds of the waves, fly kites, or binge on some street food available for reasonable prices.
Before we wrap our journey around Sri Lanka, we will take you to a place with wonders in Colombo. The place is famously known as the Lotus Tower.
