The itinerary prepared for 6 days allows all visitors to Sri Lanka to experience six of the most interesting cities in Sri Lanka. Here are some short descriptions of the locations you will be visiting during your 6-day tour around Sri Lanka.
Sigiriya
Upon completing the arrival procedures with the immigration and customs, our tour representative will be waiting to meet and greet you at the exit of the Katunayake International Airport. Your private vehicle will be ready for you to start your journey to the first destination – Sigiriya.
Before reaching Sigiriya, we will be stopping by one of the popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka- Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here, you have the opportunity to witness a beautiful scenery of how adult elephants and baby elephants interact with each other in their natural habitat. Sometimes, you will be lucky enough to interact and feed baby elephants at the orphanage.
After spending some exciting time at the Orphanage, we will start heading towards Sigiriya. Our first landmark in Sigiriya is the world famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress. This Rock Fortress is famous for its incredible archaeology and creative frescos, therefore making it one of the most visited attractions in Sri Lanka. One thing you will never miss is the spectacular view of the surroundings, from the top of this fortress.

Kandy
Post indulging in a delicious breakfast, served by the hotel, we will continue our journey towards the second destination city.
We will be making several stops, on our way to Kandy. Our first stop will be at a Spice Garden. One of the main industries that bring in foreign income to Sri Lanka is the spice industry. We can proudly say that Sri Lanka is home to different types of aromatic spices, and one place where you can experience the processes associated with spice production is the Spice Garden.
After spending time learning about the spices in Sri Lanka, we will head towards our third stop for the day– the Peradeniya Botanical Garden. This garden is filled plenty of diverse flora, plants and trees. Walking along the well maintained lanes inside this garden can be a nice way to relax and click some pictures, before reaching Kandy.
In Kandy, our first stop will be at a Gem Museum. Another industry that brings in foreign revenue to Sri Lanka is the gem industry. Learning about the rich history of the gem industry while having a glimpse into a rare collection of gems will be an amazing experience for you.
Before ending the second day of our tour, you will get the opportunity to experience a beautiful traditional dance performance, as we visit a Kandyan Cultural Show. This is followed by the visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic- another iconic place that attracts thousands of tourists, annually. This temple is famous for of historical significance as well as architectural significance.
Having a walk around the Kandy Lake during the evening, while witnessing the sunset, will be a heart touching moment for you.

Nuwara Eliya
Upon experiencing a nourishing breakfast from the hotel in Kandy, we will continue traveling towards Nuwara Eliya.
Similar to the previous days, we will be stopping by several locations before reaching Nuwara Eliya. Our first location is the Ambuluwawa Tower. The Ambuluwawa Tower is famous for its extraordinary structure, and especially for the 360 degree panoramic view it offers as you climb the stairs to the top. Initially, you will find it daunting to climb the stairs, but the view from the top and the experience are worth a try.
One scenery you will never miss, on your way to Nuwara Eliya, is the landscapes filled with long stretches of tea plantations. Since tea is also another industry valuable to Sri Lanka, you have arranged a visit to a tea estate, where you will be allowed to enter to a tea factory to witness the processes of tea production. Also, you will get the privilege of tasting a freshly brewed cup of tea at the premises.
Once we reach Nuwara Eliya, we will be stopping by a Hindu Temple, famously known as the ‘Seetha Amman Temple’. This temple is famous for its history associated with the Ramayana. Another fascinating aspect of this place is the beautiful mountainous landscapes that surround the temple premises.
The next stop for the day will be the Hakgala Botanical Garden- another well maintained garden with plenty of plants and trees. The peaceful atmosphere in this garden will help you stay relaxed for the rest of the day. This place would be ideal for all nature lovers.
Before wrapping up the third day, we will visit the Gregory Park in Nuwara Eliya. Anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya would not miss this place, as it is a park filled with lots of fun and excitement. If you wish to relax, you can sit comfortably on the benches or get a snack from the street food shops around the park. Or else, if you opt to have some fun, you can engage in some water activities such as jet skiing, boat rides and horse riding.

Before reaching Ella, we will take you to another iconic tourist attraction in Sri Lanka. It is known as the Nine Arch Bridge. This bridge, also known as the “Bridge in the Sky” is built connecting two mountains. It is famous as a piece of unique architecture, hidden between green tea plantations. The spectacular view of a train passing on this bridge is a must to experience.
Before spending your night, relaxing at the hotel, we will be visiting the first ever international pool club of Sri Lanka- Rawana Pool Club in Ella. This scenic location, overlooking Little Adam’s Peak and the Ella Rock, will be an unforgettable experience for you. This place is filled with fun activities and a peaceful place to relax. This is indeed a perfect way to end the day.

Bentota
Today is Day Five, and post breakfast, we will be leaving the cold climate to a hot climatic destination – Bentota.
After a fun-filled Day Four, we hope to keep you entertained during Day Five as well. Today will be an adventurous day for you. As usual, before reaching our destination city, we will be stopping by the Madhu River to go on a super exciting boat ride. The scenery of overgrown mangroves on the river banks will surely make you fall in love with this natural landscape.
Upon completing the boat ride, we will be visiting the Bentota River to get add some more excitement to our tour. You can opt to engage in water activities such as jet skiing, banana boat rides and windsurfing.
After pumping up your excitement, our next stop will be the Turtle Hatchery located in Kosgoda. This will be a memorable experience for you, as you will be able to watch adult turtles and baby turtles. You can learn about how they conserved and how this place take initiative to increase hatching rates of turtle eggs. The most satisfying moment will be the time you witness how quickly baby turtles rush into the ocean, once they are released.
Before wrapping up the day, you can spend some quality time, relaxing, on the golden sandy beach in Bentota.

As the sun shines to our final day, we will start heading towards our last destination, after having a delicious breakfast from the hotel. Unlike other days, there will be no stopover locations on the way to Colombo. The journey to Colombo, therefore, will be a time for you to relax.
Upon reaching Colombo, our first stop will be the Gangaramaya Temple- a sacred Buddhist temple with historical and architectural significance. You will find it surprising to see such a beautiful temple with great artwork in the commercial city of Sri Lanka.
After spending some peaceful time at the temple, our next stop will be the Independence Square. As the name suggests, this place is also of great historical significance. Nonetheless, the beautifully maintained recreational park and the long stretches of manicured pathways, add more uniqueness to this iconic place.
Since we had spend so much time visiting attractions, this will be the time for you to go on a shopping spree. We will take you to one of the popular shopping malls in Sri Lanka. Also, if you wish to purchase souvenirs for reasonable prices, we can drop you at a local market in Colombo.
Galle Face Green will be our next stop in Colombo. This place is famous among locals and tourists as a location where you can spend time relaxing, having fun with friends or binging on some exotic street foods.
Last but not least, our final attraction of the 6-days itinerary is the Lotus Tower. This is identified as the tallest self supported structure in South Asia. Its Observation Deck offers a panoramic view of Colombo city, and it is one spectacular view you must witness. Not only the view, the place also offers other interesting activities such as pixel bloom, 5G Innovation Center, Esports Arena and a Revolving Restaurant.
